Introduction Yangjie Technology has recently launched a new generation of easy 1B package 650V IGBT module. The product adopts a new generation of micro-trench process platform IGBT chip, featuring low loss, high operating junction temperature and strong short-circuit capability. Moreover, it uses DBC insulated copper base plate technology, which has good insulation performance, strong thermal conductivity, strong mechanical structure and excellent heat dissipation performance. The product parameters have good consistency and excellent reliability, making it suitable for various medium and low-frequency application fields such as servo controllers and frequency converters.
Features 1. Low switching loss;
2. IGBT with low VCE(sat) and positive temperature coefficient;
3. Includes fast and soft recovery anti-parallel freewheeling diode;
4. Low inductance package;
5. Strong short-circuit capability (5µs);
6. Uses DBC substrate cooling technology with excellent thermal performance;
7. Maximum junction temperature up to 175℃；
